Early check-in as well as early checkout will totally depend on availability of the rooms.

Peak Season Surcharges –

Peak Season Surcharge Compulsory between 15th December to 15th January Rs.1300 (including gst) extra Per Room/per night

Christmas Eve & New Year’s event and mandatory Gala Dinner :-

Christmas evening event and mandatory gala dinner @Rs.3000/- inc. taxes per person will be charged for 24th Dec Stay.
New year evening event and mandatory gala dinner @Rs.3500/- inc. taxes per person will be charged for 31st Dec Stay.

Room Occupancy Policy

Please reduce ₹500.00 for single occupancy on the tariff rate (rates not valid between 15th Dec to 15th Jan).
Maximum 3 adults only.
Only one extra mattress will be allowed in one room.

Child & Infant Policy

Children below the age of 05 years will be complimentary.

Meal Supplement Policy:-

All meals will be served at the main restaurant.

Meal supplements – ₹1,300 per person per meal (inclusive of tax).

Booking Terms and Conditions

Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off date, after which they will be auto-released.
Bookings are confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
Rates are subject to change without prior intimation.
Foreigners, NRIs, or POIs must have a valid passport and visa to check in at the property.
Any hikes in government taxes will be charged accordingly over and above the room rates/meals.

Group Booking Policy

35% Advance Payment at the time of booking.
35% 02nd Advance Payment 15 days before arrival.
30% remaining amount along with the rooming list at least 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

No refund for cancellations from 15th Dec to 15th Jan during peak season.
90% refund for cancellations received 30 days or more in advance.
50% refund for cancellations received 15 days or more in advance.
No refund for cancellations received less than 15 days in advance.
If there are unused nights or early check-outs, there will be 100% retention.
The resort will not be responsible for any postponement, natural calamities, or cancellation of flights and ferries.
In case of no-show, there will be 100% retention.
